Tajin – a dish that improves the taste of food!

Tajin stew container. Tajin is a pan dish designed by North African citizens – Moroccans, Tunisians, Algeria, or Albanians. When traveling through the desert, the dish was carried along with a portable oven. Historical conical shape has been formed to break wind and protect food from sand. The whole miracle of preparation is exactly the conical lid and the law of physics. It heats up at the bottom and cools up – so the hot air inside the dish rotates all the time – on its way up and down again, this process is called one – the Convention and it is used in the oven. Tajin can be put on gas, electric stove and on coal. The dish is made of special ceramics.
