VEGETABLE MARAKES TRIP TO MOROCCO.

Ingredients: 250 ml. water, 1 sweet potato, 1 medium peeled, peeled eggplant, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 2 medium carrots, 1 onion, 1 zucchini, 250 gr. spinach, 6 tablespoons olive oil, 3 garlic cloves, turmeric 1 teaspoon, 2 tablespoons raisins, 1 sachet of beans / 200 gr / canned. 250 ml of orange juice. Add salt to taste at the end of cooking. Preparation: All vegetables are peeled and cut into equal cubes about 2.5 cm thick. Let us simmer over low heat. In heated olive oil, lightly fry the spinach together with garlic and turmeric. At least 6 minutes before the end of cooking, add raisins, fried spinach. Pour over orange juice, preferably freshly squeezed. Cooking time about 40 minutes. For a good appetite, let your kitchen have an unforgettable, colorful, healthy meal.
